This installation was shown in the juried 40th Rock Island Art Guild Fine Arts Exhibition, juried by Dr. Patricia McDonnell, director of the Wichita Art Museum.
This art work, titled Yugen: A Mysterious Grace, received the Three-dimensional Entry Award in Memory of Zeivel Harris.
This was the 7th iteration of this piece, shown in a variety of galleries and museums. It has been installed mounted on the wall as well as filling a large portion of a gallery as a suspended piece. Materials were salvaged from the zipper industry and generously donated for the original exhibition by YKK USA in Macon, Georgia in partnership with the Museum of Arts and Sciences, Macon, Georgia.
