Fourth Avenue Underpass

The artist worked as aesthetic consultant to engineer Jerry Cannon to aide in redesigning the underpass in such a way to provide a more open, lighter space for motorists and pedestrians.   Oval shaped columns helped reduce the visual impact, helping create the more open and therefore safer space.
